Can You Sponsor Me?

"The good people at Action are making sure that I get lots of love and attention, but my medicine is expensive, and they need some help to pay for it.  Can you help me to continue to enjoy my life with these good people?  If you can, then I will live out my days being loved, cuddled, snuggled, warm, and never ever again hungry.  I will continue to receive unconditional love, and shall share it with you in return.  If you sponsor one of us we will send you a Certificate, Sponsorship document, bi-annual reports, donation receipt and photographs of your personally chosen new friend. "

Thank-you for thinking of us,

All the sick and injured animals of Action

"TimBits" a.ka "Timbee"

Tim Bits arrived at our shelter severely undernourished and very ill.  It took a few days but we found out that her jaw does not line up and she is unable to eat without assistance.  She must eat canned food only.  Because of her special condition she will live out her days at the shelter.  She was born on Valentine's day and has captured our hearts.  She is 14 months old but is small enough to pass for a 12 week old kitten.  Because of her curious look and her love of people many want to adopt her, but she is so high maintenance she must stay with people who are qualified to care for her. Sadly she was stolen from the shelter and was missing for 2.5 weeks.  Thankfully she was dumped back at the shelter only to be found in a neighbours backyard.  We are SOO happy to have her home.  Please if you can help to support Timbee with a monthly contribution it would be much appreciated...her vet bills are terribly high each month with ongoing medications and treatments.

"Bella"

Beautiful Blue Eyed Bella.....

Came to us a little over a year ago.  She is a mature kitty, that is totally blind.  We thought she would have a difficult time adapting, but has made herself right at home with everyone at Action.  She attempted a new forever home recently, but just couldn't seem to come to terms with her new surroundings.  Therefore she will live out her days sleeping in sunbeams and in her favorite position on the couch at Action.  It seems to be where she feels most at home.

If you can help with a sponsorship with Bella it would be most appreciated.  We have been told that surgery may correct her blindness, however it is over $1200 dollars just to get started.  And that is with a fabulous discount from the care givers at the vet clinic. If you are unable to have a cat of your own, or if you would like to sponsor Bella, please click here for more information.

"Bartie"

Bartie is an  adorable 5 month old male, neutered, short haired tabby.
He has been blind since birth but copes as well if not better than a sighted
kitten. He loves people & other cats.
He has tested positive for F.I.P. so needs to be the only cat.  He will be
re tested in a few weeks and hopefully his tests results will be negative
this time.
