Beautiful Holiday crafts – Bake Sale – New and Used goods – Silent Auction and Raffles!

Action for Animals in Distress Society along with Kitty Kompany Pet Sitting Services was pleased to make a donation to Bullie Buddies to assist with their fundraising raffle that was set up to assist Boswell, an very abused young Pit Bull. When he was found, he had his mouth wired shut, and his two hind legs broken, and he was starving. We have recently received a letter from them stating that because of our donation along with many others enough money was made to do the surgeries on Boswell's little legs. He has had his first surgery and is doing well. The foster parents are now adopting Boswell, and he visits makes regular visits to a nursing home. At Action for Animals we believe in helping our other rescue collegues in times of need, and when we can. We are glad that our small contribution has helped Boswell, and will continue to put smiles on the faces of the senior citizens that enjoy his friendly visits. Congratulations Bullie Buddies on your success with this fund raising event.
