	Hello Dog Lovers Please help find these dogs a forever home. There was a death in the family and these dogs need a new forever home. They go as a pair. The westie is 4 and the bull dog is 7. The dogs are local and original email came from a vet in the Point Grey area. See her email below. She works at the Amherst Vet Hospital on Alma Street in Vancouver. 	Phoenix Phoenix is a young blue heeler mix. Because he was a stray, we don't know exactly how old is he, but the vet is guessing he's probably under a year. He is very loving, and really enjoys spending time snuggling with his human friends! He is great with other dogs, and is very playful! He is house trained, good on the leash, and knows a few basic commands. Because he is so young and fairly energetic, he needs to go to a home that will have lots of time to spend with him. He truly is a lovely dog who deserves a great home.
	Elliot Elliot is a charming 5 year old short haired black and white cat. He is very friendly and loves to snuggle. He is good with other animals, but seems to enjoy human companionship most. He loves to sit on your lap and purr, and also quite enjoys jumping in the bath tub and drinking from the tap. He is a funny, charming and charismatic cat who is looking for an owner to love him.
	Tucker Tucker is a 9 months old, siamese cross breed very handsome and adorable boy. He is quiet, a bit shy at first, but friendly, cuddly and lovable. He would be more comfortable in an adult environment.
	Tangerine Tang is a wonderful 6 years old, orange long hair boy. He's incredibly friendly and affectionate in comfortable surroundings, but very skittish and shy otherwise. He was badly abused before I adopted him. He gets a lion-cut groom done every 2 or 3 months because he has a hard time keeping his hind-end clean with all that long fur. He tends to scurry off and hide when he is scared, but comes out and loves to be snuggled and pet when he feels safe and will reward you with a gentle, rumbling purr. He knows and responds to his name with a curiously high-pitched but very endearing meow.
	Kiara May May-may is a very funny. 5 years old short/medium hair, white and blonde cat. She is incredibly special in the fact that she is a bit eccentric. She is easy to purr but rarely meows unless something interests her and she wants to draw attention to herself such as with birds or children playing outside the window. She is extremely content to sit alone and snooze the day away in the sunshine on a window sill or on a couch. When she isn't sleeping you will usually find her rolling around on the floor trying to be adorable and gain attention. She enjoys being approached and getting head rubs and pats and will only occasionally approach you for affection.
	Socks and Liam (Fostering or Adoption) The owners of Socks and Liam will be out of country for one year, starting Jan 8th, 2012 and returning Jan 1st, 2013. They are adorable friendly and healthy little companions. The owners would like to find a fostering arrangement for the period of their absence and they are willing to cover the costs and expenses. The adoption, together or separately, is an alternative to finding a foster home. Please read the individual descriptions which are included in their separate postings.
	Socks (Fostering or Adoption) Socks is about 6. He is black and white. We got him from the SPCA 3 1/2 years ago. He is the bigger of the two cats, about 14lbs. He has a bit harder time getting along with other cats that are not in his house. He does try to lick our other cat, but will hiss a little at other cats in the neighbourhood, but doesn't fight. He is the less dominant cat in the house. He is probably best in a one cat house.
	Liam (Fostering or Adoption) Liam is about 5. He is a grey tabby. We have had him for 4 1/2 years. He is definitely the more dominant cat. He really enjoys the outdoors and is pretty active, but does enjoy his down time. He is quite independent, but will cuddle when he feels like it and will sit in our laps.
	Mango Mango is a two years old ginger Persian male. He is playful, curious, sneaky and independent.
	Claire Claire is a sweet, affectionate calico with beautiful big, round green eyes. She enjoys cuddling with her brother, Conan (see other ad) and purring and stretching out on her back for tummy rubs. She'll sit on your lap on her terms, and is very vocal in welcoming you home or wishing you a good morning. She is timid around guests, but once some time has passed she will venture out for some attention from adults. She also enjoys "hunting" glitter balls after dark. Claire would make someone very happy in a home along with her brother, Conan, where there are no small kids and no other pets. They are truly incredible cats and their current owner is heartbroken to give them up.
	Conan Conan is a super friendly, active and affectionate orange tabby with a lot of personality. He loves sitting on your lap and getting attention -- even being brushed! He's so laid back you can even clip his toe nails while holding him like a baby. He loves to play and anything you attach to a string/stick he will jump at and chase around for hours. He and his sister Claire (see other ad) enjoy snuggling on their chair and meowing good morning and welcome home. He enjoys adult company and purrs a lot from the attention they give. Conan would make someone very happy in a home along with his sister, Claire, where there are no small kids and no other pets. They are truly incredible cats and their current owner is heartbroken to give them up.
	Max Max is a senior mini poodle. He has few teeth and needs one more pulled. He seems to be good with kids, other dogs and cats. He is crate trained. Neutered male. He is a bit blind and hard of hearing. He has been inside all his life. Not sure what his leash manners are like as he was my Nannas and she is in ICU so I cant ask any questions. Hope thats enough info to get by.
	Pusha Pusha is a 16 years old female tabby - domestic short hair cat. She is mildly asthmatic. Medication: Pregnisolone (pills - one or two daily), Theophylline (liquid - administered only when symptoms show which is not that often). I am willing to supply the medication. Has an identification microchip. She loves attention, seems to get along with other cats, if the other cats are friendly. Very house trained, she does not scratch or bite people or furniture.
	Tabby Tabby is, as per her name, a dsh brown tabby spayed female. An indoor-only cat, she is large (overweight) and lazy, but very loving. She is a lap cat who wants to have lots of attention and is happiest curled up next to you all night and sitting and watching you all day. She should probably be in a One-Cat-Only household as she loves attention and will hiss and smack at any other cats, although has yet to actually do any damage.) She does not like her rump or flanks brushed, she will meow loudly and turn and snap at you! Same goes for claw clipping, although I did her front claws in only 2 sittings and she complained but never actually bit or scratched me. She is also not shy at all and takes to anyone who will give her attention. Tabby is being given up as the owner is no longer able to take care of her.
	Sabrina Sabrina a sleek black Bombay (believed to be purebred) short-haired female with gold/green eyes. As far as I know, she is not spayed, and around 1 1/2 years old. She is a very lovely, energetic and playful cat, who will play by herself, with another cat, or with people. She is not shy at all, comes right up to strangers and rubs against them, and once petted, her motor just keeps running. She wants to be around people most of the time, and despite previously being an in/out-door cat, she has been fine with me as an indoor-only cat. She is quite a hunter, so would be best with a tall cat-tree/scratcher and lots of space to run around in. Sabrina is being given up as her owner has just moved into town, and the household residents have allergies to cats so will not let her move in with him.
	Mr. T Mr. T is a 3 years old domestic short hair Orange Tabby Male, affectionate and playful, but a little bit shy at first. Mr. T is surrendered by the owner on account of a new baby boy arrival in the family.
	Fred Fred is a 3 years old Silver Tabby Male, friendly and good natured. He is curious and very affectionate. Need lots of attention. Fred is surrendered by the owner on account of a new baby boy arrival in the family.

Mocha

Mocha is a five years old silver tabby Persian female. She is gentle, people oriented, cuddly and can be independent.

	Remy Remy is a 9 years old female cat very relaxed, gentle and loving. She is very playful and lives with a little dog and a baby so she would be able to adjust to life with other cats. She has been on a raw diet all her life so is in very good health. She has been spayed and has recently had a wellness check at the vet.
	Lester Lester is a 4 years old tabby male, nice and friendly, although he prefers to be by himself (no other cats). He is neutered, tattooed and litter trained.
	Olive Olive was probably born blind and aside from being blind she is in purrrfect health and ready to find her new home. She is 2 yrs old, with short orange hair. She loves attention and needs a quieter home where everything stays basically the same so she can learn the layout of the land. She gets around very well and uses her whiskers like a cane, one almost can't tell she is blind once she knows her surroundings. She needs to be stricktly inside except when on her harness.
	Caspar Caspar is a three leg kitten. He was attacked by a dog and had to have his leg removed. He is joyful and energetic, otherwise a healthy and lovely cat. He is not slowed by his predicament and is very cuddly.
	Daisy Daisy is a short hair, gray and white 4 month old lovely girl. She is gentle, friendly and quiet.
	Tyra Tyra is a beautiful nine months old, black and white medium hair girl. She is very friendly, kind and lovable. She is vaccinated, splayed and litter trained.
	Raine Raine is a 4 years old, black and white short hair girl. She is very gentle and friendly with people. She is interactive, intelligent and a very pleasant companion. An adult environment with no other pets will be preferred. Raine was surrendered by her owned due to a new baby arrival in the family.
	Calico Lovely calico girl, around 9 weeks old. She is charming, funny, playful and friendly.
	Oliver Oliver is a short hair, gray and white 4 month old boy. He is smart, quiet, very pleasant and friendly.
	Calico Two lovely calico girls, around 9 weeks old. They are charming, funny, playful and friendly.
	Riley Riley is a one year and a half old, gray and white short hair male. He is smart, very friendly and sociable once he knows you and he makes a great companion. He is neutered, tattooed and litter trained.
	Leon Leon is a 4 month old orange tabby boy, very funny, playful, friendly and definitely charming. He is neutered, tattooed and litter trained.
	Christina Christina is a 2 years oled Female/Spayed solid grey with white, short hair. Although playful, she still is very much a kitten. Came to us in October 2010 giving birth to a litter of kittens on someones steps in the rain, likes other cats. She was mistreated and quite un trusting for the first few months but has turned into a lovely cat. Her kittens have been adopted.
	BB & Bubbles BB and Bubbles are two 7 yrs old males, neutered indoor cats, with microchip and ID tattoo and vaccinations up-to-date They are handsome and very quiet, pleasant and both have very nice personality, making them ideal companions in a quiet home. Bubbles is the one with long hair and BB with short hair. Because they've been always together and very close to each other, we thing would be very sad to be separated. We hope for the kindness of someone willing to adopt them both.
	BB BB is a 7 yrs old male, neutered indoor cat (had him since he was born) with microchip and ID tattoo and vaccinations up-to-date He is a bit shy and cautious at first, but warms up. He is very curious, likes to see what’s going on all the time.
	Bubbles Stubbles is a 7 yrs old male, neutered indoor cat (had him since he was born) with microchip and ID tattoo and vaccinations up-to-date He has longer fur compared to the typical tabby and is super affectionate. He likes to be the dominant cat so tends to chase the other cats around.
	Solar Solar is a 2 years old medium hair, orange male, neutered indoor cat. He is very handsome and charming, friendly and peaceful. He is a catch. Solar was found abandoned in an empty apartment.
	Jet Jet is a 6 months neutered old boy. He is very-very funny, friendly, lovable and a joy to have him around.
	Connor Connor is a charming, handsome 10 months neutered boy. He is lovely and very friendly with both people and other cats. He is smart, well mannered, loves to be petted and is very affectionate.
	Footsy Footsy is a 6 months old male, neutered, tattooed and vaccinated. He is smart, playful, funny and friendly. He is a charm.
	Lilloet Lilloet is a 6 months old medium hair black and white female cat, spayed, tattooed and vaccinated. She is a beauty, quiet, very friendly and loving.
	Tiger Tiger - Unknown gender - unvaccinated - 10 weeks.
	Fluff Fluff - Unknown gender - unvaccinated - 10 weeks.
	Sam Sam - Unknown gender - Unvaccinated - 10 weeks.
	Tobi Tobi is a short hair tabby and white male. He is living well with other cats. He is neutered and up to date with vaccinations. He seems like a real mellow cat and would be okay with another cat.
	Minos Minos is a senior Spayed Female. Owners are moving in a no pet apartment and have to give her up. She is part Bengal and part tabby and has been an indoor cat all her life, not being around any children she has been around another cat. Minos love to be pet, is friendy and playful. She is litter trained and has never destroyed any furniture.
	Timmy Timmy is a 2 years old, white and orange medium hair Neutered Male. He is very friendly, lovely, has a very pleasant personality and strikingly handsome.
	Ginger Ginger is a 5/6 years old Neutered Male, Orange Tabby. The couple who adopted Ginger as a tiny orange fluffball don't want him anymore. Their decision was traumatic for Ginger and left him scared, disoriented, sad and, understandably, very cautious. Ginger is a bright and intuitive boy, in excellent health and very handsome. Once he overcomes his mistrust, he enjoys having his head and chin rubbed but something in his past causes him to react when having his back petted. Ginger needs a home, the care and attention of someone having the will and patience to approach him and restore his level of confidence. We think he will make potentially a good companion as a single pet for a single person or a quiet couple willing to invest in him, give him a chance and who are ready for this kind of responsibility. 	Tom Tom is a 4 month old Bengal/tabby/cross lovely boy. Charming, very-very cute, friendly with people and other cats, he is adorable and definitely a catch. He is neutered and vaccinated.
	Chocolate Chocolate is a 4 month old long hair male - super loving, cuddly and full of fun!
	Chellan & Chai Chellan & Chai are both friendly and loving long hair Calicos females - one with more white, one with more black.
	Chico Chico is a 4 month old long hair charming orange/white tabby, neutered male.
	Zelda Zelda is an (approx.) 4-5 year old long haired calico. VERY loving. She is an absolute lap cat. Her current owner is an elderly woman whose health has decreased in the recent past, he has breathing problems and, combined with her asthma, she regrettably needs to find a home for Zelda.
	Cole Cole is a charming 18 months old neutered male. Short hair Black Manx (no tail). Very good with people and cats, he has a gracious and friendly nature.
	Izzy Izzy is a 3 1/2 years old Spayed Female. All white, short hair. Very loving and quiet. Her owners had a baby and decided they didn’t want her any more. She would prefer a quiet mature family home with no other pets.
